NEW YORK The Commerce Departments International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a final determination in an expedited second sunset review of anti-dumping duty orders on flat-rolled carbon steel products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine that revocation of the orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at between 12.34 and 90.83 percent by Chinese producers; 36.53 to 44.4 percent by Indian producers; 47.86 percent by Indonesian producers; 20.28 to 29.14 percent by Taiwanese producers; 4.41 to 20.3 percent by Thai producers; and 90.33 percent by Ukrainian producers.
