NEW YORK — Shelton, Conn.-based electrical and electronic products manufacturer Hubbell Inc. has been identified as the buyer of Tulsa, Okla.-based exothermic welding products manufacturer Continental Industries Inc., according to a statement by Lincoln International, an advisor in the transaction.

White Plains, N.Y.-based Handy & Harman Ltd.—Continental’s former parent company—disclosed the $37.5-million transaction in its fourth-quarter earnings statement but did not name the buyer (amm.com, March 4).
