NEW YORK — The U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a final determination in an expedited sunset review of carbon hot-rolled steel flat products from India, Indonesia and Thailand.

The ITA said that revocation of countervailing duty orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of subsides between 539.89 and 563.5 percent for Indian producers/exporters; 10.21 percent for Indonesian producers/exporters; and 2.38 percent for Thai producers/exporters.

Domestic parties in the trade case include ArcelorMittal USA LLC, Gallatin Steel Co., Nucor Corp., SSAB Americas, Steel Dynamics Inc. and U.S. Steel Corp.
