NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has revoked anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Germany and South Korea.
This comes after the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled that revocation would not injure the U.S. industry.
