NEW YORK — Timken Co. is challenging the final results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of tapered roller bearings from China from June 1, 2010, to May 31, 2011.
The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) previously calculated a 14.91-percent weighted-average dumping margin for Changshan Peer Bearing Co. Ltd. and Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co. Ltd. and a Chinawide rate of 92.84 percent (
