NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued amended final results in an anti-dumping administrative review of certain circular welded nonalloy steel pipe from Mexico for Nov. 1, 2007, to Oct. 31, 2008.

After a remand from the U.S. Court of International Trade, ITA has issued Mueller Comercial de Mexico S de RL de CV a dumping margin of 40.475 percent, down from the previous adverse facts available rate of 48.33 percent.
