LONDON Dubai Aluminium Co. Ltd. (Dubal) has replaced its deputy chairman, according to a decree from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, United Arab Emirates vice president and prime minister, published by state news agency Wam.
Saeed Mohammed Ahmed Al Tayer was named as Dubals new deputy chairman, replacing Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer. Chairman Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum remains in place, as does the rest of the Dubal board.
Saeed Al Tayer is chief executive officer of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. His succession as deputy chairman of Dubal was effective March 13, Wam reported.
