Pa. center promotes two execs

CHICAGO — Pennsylvania Steel Co. Inc., a metals distributor that carries hot-rolled and cold-finished bar, tool steel, stainless, plate, sheet, tubing and structural sections, has promoted Chris Keiser to general manager of its Richmond, Va., division.

Keiser has been with the company for 10 years and previously worked as assistant general manager of the York, Pa., division.

Michael Loveland was promoted to general manager of the North Carolina division, based in Gastonia, from his previous role as assistant general manager of the same division. He has been with Pennsylvania Steel for seven years.
