PITTSBURGH — All Green Recycling Inc. is calling it quits after two and a half years in the industry.

The West Hempstead, N.Y.-based metals and electronic scrap recycler filed a Chapter 7 liquidation petition March 22 in federal bankruptcy court in eastern New York, reporting unsecured claims and liabilities of $100,000 to $500,000.

The recycler didn’t provide a list of creditors, but a meeting for those owed money will be held April 25 at the Long Island Federal Courthouse in Central Islip, N.Y.

All Green has 14 days from its filing to provide the court with a list of real and personal property, a corporate ownership statement and a list of secured and unsecured creditors.

The company, which operated a warehouse in Roosevelt, N.Y., couldn’t be reached for comment.
