ITA sets Korean steel countervailing duties in 2010 review

NEW YORK — In the final results of a countervailing duty administrative review of imports of corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2010, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined that Dongbu Steel Co. Ltd., Hyundai Hysco Ltd. and Pohang Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. received de minimis subsidies of 0.12 percent, 0.19 percent and 0.16 percent, respectively.
