ITC to make injury determination on pipe and tube imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will determine whether revocation of a countervailing duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China and revocation of anti-dumping duty orders on the same product from China, Mexico, South Korea and Turkey would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of injury to the domestic industry.

Interested parties must file written responses by May 1.
