Thai firms escape anti-dumping duties on pipe, tube

NEW YORK — In the preliminary results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of circular-welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Thailand from March 1, 2011, to Feb. 29, 2012, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined that Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Co. Ltd. and Pacific Pipe Public Co. Ltd. made no shipments of the product to the United States and will receive a weighted-average dumping margin of zero.
