Highlight Networks in $1M scrap processing deal

PITTSBURGH — Highlight Networks Inc. has signed a deal with SiteXpedite LLC to process electronic and metal scrap, the electronic waste recycler said April 9, estimating its value at more than $1 million.

Oak Creek, Wis.-based SiteXpedite collects scrap from cell towers and other systems as it builds city, regional and state wireless systems. Liverpool, N.Y.-based Highlight Networks focuses on recycling, refining, metals trading and recovering metallics at a 12,000-square-foot recycling facility in East Syracuse, N.Y. The company also operates another facility in New York State.
