NEW YORK AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group NV has appointed senior vice president and group controller Amy Ard as chief financial officer.
Ard succeeds William J. Levy, who will step down following completion of his term as a management board member May 13. Levy will subsequently become a senior advisor to AMG, assisting the company in matters related to financing.
Ard was the group controller during AMGs public listing in 2007 and has served as treasurer and secretary of AMG businesses, the Amsterdam-based company said.
AMG is the parent company of Cambridge, Ohio-based AMG Vanadium Inc.
