ITC seeks input on duty-free imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is seeking input for a newly initiated investigation into the probable economic effects of duty-free imports under a proposed U.S.-European Union Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership Agreement. A public hearing will be held June 5 and written submissions are due June 18. The ITC expects to submit its report to the U.S. Trade Representative by Sept. 26.
