ITC considers possible injury from rail tie wire imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) is scheduled to make a preliminary injury determination by June 7 in an anti-dumping duty investigation of pre-stressed concrete steel rail tie wire from China, Mexico and Thailand.

Written submissions must be submitted by May 17.

The petitioners are Davis Wire Corp. and Insteel Wire Products Co.
