ITA seeks comments on administrative reviews

NEW YORK — The U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has given notice for interested parties to participate in various administrative reviews.

This includes anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel plate in coil from Belgium, South Africa and Taiwan; iron construction castings from Brazil and China; circular-welded carbon steel pipe and tube from China, India, Taiwan and Turkey; silicomanganese from India, Kazakhstan and Venezuela; aluminum extrusions from China; oil country tubular goods from China; pure magnesium from China; light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Turkey; and steel nails from the United Arab Emirates.

Comments also are being sought on an administrative review of countervailing duty orders on stainless steel plate in coil from South Africa, iron construction castings from Brazil and aluminum extrusions from China.
