NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results in the anti-dumping duty administrative review on front-seating service valves from China for the April 1, 2011, to March 31, 2012, period.

The ITA preliminarily found that Zhejiang DunAn Hetian Metal Co. Ltd. didn’t have reviewable transactions during the period and issued Zhejiang Sanhua Co. Ltd. a 9.03-percent margin because the company made sales of subject merchandise at below normal value.
