ITC sees indication of injury from Japan flat steel imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission voted May 10 that there is reasonable indication that the domestic industry is materially injured by imports of diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated, flat-rolled steel products from Japan.

The Commerce Department will issue its preliminary anti-dumping duty determination by Sept. 3.

The petitioner is Thomas Steel Strip Corp.
