Universal Stainless' Pa. plant Nadcap certified

NEW YORK — Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc.’s Bridgeville, Pa., facility has achieved National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Nadcap) heat-treat accreditation.

"This is the fourth Nadcap accreditation that we have been successful in attaining in the past six months," Chris Zimmer, Universal’s vice president of sales and marketing, said in a statement May 13.

The Bridgeville-based company achieved Nadcap heat-treat accreditation at its North Jackson, Ohio, facility in February (amm.com, Feb. 21).
