NEW YORK — U.S. Steel Corp has raised spot prices for all flat-rolled steel products by a minimum of $50 per net ton, effective immediately, according to a May 22 letter to customers.

The Pittsburgh-based steelmaker said the increase applies to all open quotes and negotiations where an agreement has not yet been reached. All pricing extras will continued to be fully applied, the steelmaker said.
