NEW YORK — The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is conducting an expiry review to determine whether revocation of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on carbon steel welded pipe and standard pipe (nominal size range of 0.5 up to 6 inches in outside diameter) from China would likely result in injury to the domestic industry.
