NEW YORK — In the final results and a partial rescission in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of circular-welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico from Nov. 1, 2010, to Oct. 31, 2011, the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has determined that Pytco SA de CV had one suspended entry but no reviewable sales, and therefore did not calculate a margin for Pytco, and that Conduit SA de CV, Lamina y Placa Comercial SA de CV, Mueller Comercial de Mexico S de RL de CV and Tuberia Nacional SA de CV had no reviewable sales.

The cash deposit rate for all other manufacturers is 32.62 percent.
