NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a final determination in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico.

ITA determined that imports from Golden Dragon from May 1 to Oct. 31, 2011, and Nacional de Cobre SA de CV from Nov. 22, 2010, to Oct. 31, 2011, were not sold at less than normal value. The all-others rate remains at 26.03 percent.

In a similar review of imports from China, the ITA issued Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc. a weighted-average dumping margin of zero. The all-others rate is 60.85 percent.
