NEW YORK — Nucor Corp.’s scrap surcharge on special bar quality (SBQ) products will remain unchanged in July at $10.50 per hundredweight ($210 per ton), the Charlotte, N.C.-based steelmaker said in a June 14 notice to customers.

The surcharge reflects the AMM consumer buying price for No. 1 busheling scrap in Chicago, which stood at $380 per ton.
