NEW YORK The
most recent flat-rolled price increase has made its way over
the Rockies, with California Steel Industries Inc. (CSI)
announcing late June 28 a boost in transaction prices effective
Calif.-based steelmaker said it was raising prices for
hot-rolled, pickled and oiled, and cold-rolled products by $20
per ton ($1 per hundredweight) and galvanized material by $30
per ton ($1.50 per cwt).
