NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has rescinded an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India from Dec. 1, 2011, to Nov. 30, 2012, due to the withdrawal of petitioners Nucor Corp. and U.S. Steel Corp.

The ITA also rescinded a countervailing duty administrative review of imports of the same product from India from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2012, for the same reason.
