Commerce rules on seamless pipe imports

NEW YORK — The ITA determined in an anti-dumping duty administrative review of large-diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe (over 4½ inches) from Japan from June 1, 2011, to May 31, 2012, that JFE Steel Corp., Nippon Steel Corp., NKK Tubes and Sumitomo Metal Industries Ltd. had no shipments during the period, and that Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. had no sales of the product to unaffiliated customers in the United States or to unaffiliated customers for export to the United States. The all-others rate is 68.88 percent.
