NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a preliminary determination that imports of uncovered innerspring units completed and assembled in Malaysia by Reztec Industries Sdn Bhd using components from China are circumventing an anti-dumping duty order on products from China.

The ITA is expected to issue a final determination by Aug. 16.
