NEW YORK — The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has determined that there is reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of circular copper tube from Brazil, China, Greece, Mexico and South Korea are causing injury or threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

The Canada Border Services Agency is scheduled to issue a preliminary determination in its dumping and subsidy investigations by Aug. 2.
