Commerce considers duty revocation

NEW YORK — The Commerce Department's International Trade Administration (ITA) is automatically initiating five-year reviews to determine whether revocation of existing anti-dumping duties would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping of electrolytic manganese dioxide from Australia and China, steel wire garment hangers from China and raw flexible magnets from Taiwan.
