The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a “changed circumstances” review to consider the partial revocation of anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China at the request of 3M Co.
The application from 3M included a letter on behalf of the Aluminum Extrusion Fair Trade Committee, the petitioner in the trade case, along with the Aluminum Extrusion Council that they do not oppose the partial revocation of the orders for rectangular wire imported by the St. Paul, Minn.-based company.
