Nafta panel upholds US pipe, tube duty

 NEW YORK — The North American Free Trade Agreement (Nafta) binational panel has affirmed a U.S. Commerce Department anti-dumping duty ruling on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico after receiving an explanation of its interpretation to apply “zeroing” methodology in connection with administrative reviews but not in anti-dumping investigations.
