Allegheny Ludlum Corp. will increase base selling prices on
three 400-series products, continuing hikes in stainless steel
base prices and surcharges over the past month.
shipments Oct. 1, base selling prices will increase by 2 cents
per pound on ATI 409 HP, 3 cents per pound on ATI 439 HP and 4
cents per pound on ATI 441 HP on all cold-rolled sheet and
strip and hot-rolled products, the company said in an Aug. 21
letter to customers.
