NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has initiated a five-year review to determine whether revocation of anti-dumping duty orders on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxide from Australia and China would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry.

The ITC is initiating a similar review of an anti-dumping duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China.
