Commerce reviewing anti-dumping, countervailing duties

NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is conducting various administrative reviews.

The reviews include anti-dumping duty orders on imports from Sept. 1, 2012, to Aug. 31, 2013, of steel concrete reinforcing bar from Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine; stainless steel wire rod from Italy, Japan, Spain and Taiwan; foundry coke from China; magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico; raw flexible magnets from China and Taiwan; and kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China.

The agency also is conducting administrative reviews of countervailing duty orders on imports of the latter three products from China from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2012.
