S. Korea seeks to discuss US duties vs. washers

NEW YORK — Consultations were requested Aug. 29 with the United States by South Korea concerning the imposition of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of large residential washers from the nation, according to the U.S. Trade Representative’s office.

Although the USTR will accept any comments received during the course of the dispute settlement proceedings, comments should be submitted on or before Oct. 11 to be considered in a timely manner.
