Inc. president and chief executive officer Klaus Kleinfeld has
been picked by President Obama to serve on the Presidents
Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Steering Committee 2.0.
Kleinfeld aims to
build on work done by the first committee, which was created in
2011 and made recommendations for investing in advanced
manufacturing in the United States, the Pittsburgh-based
aluminum producer said Sept. 26.
The first committee
recommended establishing a national network of innovation
