ITA reviewing various duty orders

NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has initiated a review to determine if revocation of countervailing or anti-dumping duty orders would likely lead to material injury.

Upcoming sunset reviews include anti-dumping duty proceedings on circular-welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China, anti-dumping duty proceedings on diamond saw blades from China and a countervailing duty proceeding on circular-welded carbon-quality steel line pipe from China.
