NEW YORK — The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) is taking requests for administrative reviews on anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders with November anniversary dates.

Anti-dumping duty proceedings for the Nov. 1, 2012, to Oct. 31, 2013, period include circular-welded non-alloy steel pipe from Brazil, Mexico and Taiwan; seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico and China; certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Taiwan and China; certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China; diamond saw blades and parts thereof from China; pure magnesium in granular form from China; and seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from China. Countervailing duty orders for the Jan. 1, 2012, to Dec. 31, 2012, period include seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from China.

Suspension deals for the Nov. 1, 2012, to Dec. 31, 2013, period include certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Ukraine.
