Keywords: Tags  International Trade Commission, circular welded pipe, carbon-quality pipe, steel pipe, steel imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revocation of the existing anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.

As a result of the vote, the existing orders on imports of the product from China will remain in place.
