ITC schedules investigation into steel tie wire imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has scheduled a final-phase anti-dumping duty investigation on prestressed concrete steel rail tie wire from China, Mexico and Thailand.

The prehearing staff report will be placed in the nonpublic record April 16, with written submissions due by April 29 and a hearing to be held May 6.

The petitioners are Davis Wire Corp. and Insteel Wire Products Co.
