NEW YORK — In the final results of an anti-dumping duty administrative review of imports of corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from South Korea from Aug. 1, 2011, to Feb. 14, 2012, the U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued a weighted-average dumping margin of 7.64 percent for a number of companies, but determined that Hyundai Hysco Co. Ltd. did not sell merchandise at less than normal value and issued it a margin of zero.
