Commerce delays decision on steel wire rod imports

NEW YORK — The U.S. Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration (ITA) has postponed to June 30 its preliminary determination in a countervailing duty investigation of imports of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from China at the request of petitioner Nucor Corp., Charlotte, N.C.
