Steel pipe, tube import duties retained

NEW YORK — Countervailing duties on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China and anti-dumping duties on imports of the product from China, South Korea, Mexico and Turkey will remain in place after the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) determined May 23 that revoking the existing duty orders would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry.
