Whilst 2013 was a tough year for the ferro-alloys business, and the metals and
industrial minerals industry as a whole, there is optimism that we have turned the corner
and the outlook for 2014 is more positive.

Metal Bulletin Events’ 15th Asian Ferro-alloys Conference returns to the Conrad Hotel
Hong Kong on the 1st – 3rd April, where more than 600 delegates are expected to discuss
and debate the challenges and opportunities facing the regional and global ferro-alloys
business. Recognized as one of the most important forums in the region to gain the best
knowledge of the market from speakers who represent the companies at the heart of it,
there is no better platform to reconnect with trading partners and forge new business
relationships over the two-day event.

NEW for 2014

      ·         Ask the Chairman – always had a question you wanted to ask, but not had the
            opportunity? All moderators and chairmen can now be emailed directly on stage
            with your question. Be anonymous, be controversial, or just be inquisitive - this is your
            chance to shape the debate taking place on stage in real time

      ·         New Delegate Messenger System – we’ve updated our delegate messenger service to
            be more user-friendly prior to and during the event itself. Searching for and contacting
            delegates to set up meetings during the event has now never been easier.


      ·         Integrated content – we have now incorporated the previously separate minor
            metals day into the main two-day conference, as a streamed session, to provide the
            opportunity for delegates to gain more knowledge on this market without paying for it
            as a separate event.

      ·         More networking space – we are working hard with the Conrad Hotel to provide more
            networking space outside of the Conference room for all registered delegates. We want
            to give you every opportunity to conduct your business meetings in a more conducive
            environment for the 2014 event.
