A stainless steel rebar manufacturing company is seeking to construct a production facility in the United States and hopes to announce its location by year-end.

NX Infrastructure Inc. (NXI) recently relocated its headquarters from the United Kingdom to Jacksonville, Fla., and hopes that production of its long-lasting rebar will begin in 2010.

"We're already active in North America with installations of our product at multiple sites throughout the United States and Canada," Pat Harlow, NXI president and chairman, part of the company's new management team, said in a statement.
