Fallout from an ongoing criminal case is turning into an ongoing headache for a number of players in the titanium supply chain.
An increasing number of companies are being queried by aerospace contractors about their possible former relationship with a San Diego distributor who has been charged with selling alleged "non-conforming" material. Several of those companies had assumed that concerns had been resolved in investigations that preceded an original indictment in December 2008.
