NOTICE: In a reflection of the changing times in the steel industry, AMM's steel base prices now include raw materials surcharges implemented by steel producers to help recoup the costs of such materials as scrap, coke and iron ore as well as energy. The change is being made to reflect the attitudes of numerous market sources who have indicated that the surcharges, once thought to be a short-term phenomenon, have become a permanent factor in steel industry pricing.
