Fastmarkets AMM has updated its price assessment for rotor-quality titanium sponge from Japan.

Publication of this price was disrupted by the partial US government shutdown, which extended from December 22, 2018, until January 25, 2019, causing delays in updates to data published by the US Geological Survey (USGS). Updates to the data have yet to return to their normal schedule despite the government reopening.

The original pricing notice was published on Friday February 22.

The titanium sponge price is based on a calculation that averages the most recent three months of import data provided by the USGS.
